寨卡病毒感染与器官损伤

摘要随着近年来寨卡病毒(zika virus,ZIKA)疫情多地区频繁爆发,ZIKA病毒感染危害逐渐引起全球高度关注.虽然ZIKA病毒的主要危害是孕妇感染所伴随的新生儿头小畸形,但越来越多的证据表明,ZIKA还能引起患者其他系统器官的损伤和危害.现就ZIKA病毒感染患者神经系统、生殖系统、胎儿以及胎盘等器官损伤研究及其机制的新进展进行综述.

abstractsZika virus(ZIKA)broken out more frequentiy in many areas in recent years and attracted global attention. Although the main hazard of the ZIKA virus is the neonatal microcephaly associated with mater-nal infection,there is increasing evidence showed that ZIKA can also damage the patients' other systemic or-gans. This paper summarizes the research progress and the mechanisms of the damage on nervous system,repro-ductive system,fetus and placenta in patients with ZIKA virus infection.
