运动神经元疾病中TDP43的翻译后修饰研究进展
Research progress on the post-translational modification of TDP43 in motor neuron disease
摘要肌萎缩性侧索硬化症(amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,ALS)是成人中最常见的运动神经元疾病.反式激活反应-DNA结合蛋白(TAR DNA-binding protein 43,TDP43)是ALS患者神经元内泛素化蛋白聚集物的主要成分.这些异常TDP43聚集物中存在多种修饰,如磷酸化、泛素化、乙酰化或SUMO化.这些翻译后的修饰如何以及在多大程度上促成病理TDP43聚集物的形成,有待进一步研究.

abstractsAmyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS) is the most common motor neuron disease in adults.TDP43 is the main component of ubiquitinated protein aggregation in ALS patients.Various modifications exist in these abnormal TDP43 aggregates,such as ubiquitination,phosphorylation,acetylation or sumoylation.How and to what extent these post-translational modifications contribute to the formation of pathological TDP43 aggregates remain to be further studied.
