换一批摘要玫瑰糠疹(pityriasis rosea，PR)是一种较常见的自限性丘疹鳞屑性皮肤病。迄今为止，PR的病因及发病机制尚未明确，目前有病毒感染、自身免疫、药物因素、遗传过敏因素等多种假说，大部分研究认为与人类疱疹病毒感染及病毒感染后诱发的细胞免疫失衡有关。

abstractsPityriasis rosea is a common self-limited papules and scaly skin disease. The etiology and pathogenesis of pityriasis rosea have not been clear up to now. There are many hypotheses, such as virus infection, autoimmunity, drug factors, genetic allergy and so on.Most studies suggest that it is related to human herpesvirus infection and cellular immune imbalance induced by virus infection.
