摘要CD81是一种具有多种生物学活性的四次跨膜蛋白,几乎广泛表达于人体的所有组织。CD81参与蛋白合成转运及激活、微绒毛的形成与延伸、淋巴细胞免疫活化等多种生理反应过程,在病原体感染、过敏性皮炎、动脉粥样硬化、脑脊髓炎、肿瘤、先兆子痫、系统性红斑狼疮等免疫性疾病中发挥重要作用。文章概述了CD81的分子结构、生物功能及其在免疫性疾病中的最新研究进展。

abstractsCD81 is a quaternary transmembrane protein with multiple biological activities, which is widely expressed in almost all human tissues.CD81 participates in a variety of physiological reaction processes such as protein synthesis, transport and activation, microvilli formation and extension, lymphocyte immune activation and so on.It plays an important role in immune diseases such as pathogen infection, allergic dermatitis, atherosclerosis, encephalomyelitis, tumor, preeclampsia, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.This review summarizes the molecular structure, biological function and the latest research progress of CD81 in immune diseases.
