摘要全麻患者采用喉罩通气道实施正压通气时,反流与误吸是少见但却十分危险的并发症,由Don Miller发明的SLIPATM通气道是一种新型喉上通气装置,理论上讲其可明显降低反流误吸的风险.SLIPATM已经被安全应用于全麻患者的呼吸道管理.此文简述了SLIPATM通气道的设计思想、结构特点、操作技术、临床应用现状和前景.

abstractsRegurgitation and aspiration are rare but real risk complications in general anesthetized patients who receive the positive pressure ventilation through the laryngeal mask airway (LMA). SLIPATM, designed by Don Miller, is a novel supraglottic ventilation device. Theoretically, it may greatly reduce the risk of regurgitation and aspiration. SLIPATM has been safely used for the airway management in patients undergoing surgery under general anesthesia. In this review, the SLIPATM about design views, construction features and procedure skills, as well as its clinical uses and prospect was briefly described.
