摘要随着静脉麻醉剂药代、药效动力学研究的迅速发展,以及基于不同群体药代、药效动力学参数的靶控输注技术的日渐成熟.静脉麻醉剂半数有效量(CP50/EC50)在药效学分析起着重要的作用.此文综述了近年来CP50/EC50在常用静脉麻醉剂药效学分析中的应用进展,并对确定CPSO/EC50的方法学予以介绍和评价.

abstractsWith the rapid advance in studies on pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of intravenous anesthetics, and the maturation of target-controlled infusion technique based on different population pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, CP50 and EC50 play more and more important roles in pharmacodynamic analysis. This article reviews the recent progress in CP50/EC50 ap-plication in pharmacodynamic analysis of commonly used intravenous anesthetics, introduces and evaluates the methods of CP50/ EC50 determination.
