摘要背景 目前,全麻是影响认知功能的重要潜在危险因素之一,多种行为学方法用于麻醉相关认知损伤的基础研究. 目的 探讨如何正确、合理选择用于评估认知功能的行为学方法的问题. 内容 就所检测的不同学习记忆类型和与学习记忆关联的脑功能区两个方面,以恐惧条件化、Morris水迷宫、放射状迷宫、Y迷宫等几种普遍应用的行为学方法为例来说明麻醉相关认知功能行为学方法的合理选择问题. 趋向 正确、合理地应用动物行为学方法,为进一步探讨麻醉相关的认知损伤机制及临床上如何避免或减少这种损伤提供理论依据.

abstractsBackground General anesthesia is considered as a potentially significant risk to cognitive performance,many behavioral approaches have be used for the basic study of cognition.Objective To explore how to select an appropriate behavior method for assessing cognitive function.Content In this review,bout these two aspects,detection of different types of learning and memory and learning and memory-related brain region,several behavioral approaches,including fear conditioning,Morris water maze,radial arm maze and Y maze are introduced to illustrate the issues of how to select a rational behavioral approach for assessing anesthesia-associated cognition.Trend The correct and reasonable application of animal behavioral assessment approaches can provide a basis for further exploring the mechanism of anesthesia-related cognition impairment and how to develop clinical strategies for avoiding or limiting potential cognition injury.
