摘要治疗性低温是一种切实有效的脑保护措施,然而全身低温的并发症及冰毯、冰帽等降温效率低限制了它们的使用.近年来颈部动脉灌注低温液体因具有高效、维持时间长且血液稀释对血管及炎症介质冲洗的优点,成为研究热点.文章回顾颈部血管降温原理、方法及优点,综述近年来出现的颈动脉灌注选择性低温脑保护的研究.为临床提供更为安全、可靠的脑保护方法,提高远期生存质量.

abstractsTherapeutic hypothermia is known as an effective method for cerebral protection.However,its application is limited due to the complications of whole body hypothermia and low effectiveness of ice blankets and caps.Recently,internal carotid artery perfusion has drawn considerable attentions with the advantages of high effectiveness,long maintenance time,blood dilution and fleshing of inflammatory mediators.This article reviewed the principle,methods and advantages of carotid selective brain cooling,discuss carotid infusion for selective brain cooling in recent study,so as to provide more safely and reliable methods for cerebral protection and improve long-term quality of life.
