摘要气管内肿物本身对于麻醉医师进行气道管理就是一种挑战,而同时合并肺叶肿物者,更是加剧难度.此类患者的气道管理具有特殊性,麻醉的基本原则是保证患者通气,维持血氧水平.本文报道1例66岁女患者气管内肿物合并右肺上叶切除术的麻醉管理,为此类病例的麻醉管理提供参考.

abstractsThe tracheal tumor is a challenge to anesthesiologists for anesthesia management. It is more difficult for anesthesia management for tracheal tumor resection and lobectomy on patients who carried tracheal tumor combined with pulmonary tumor. The basic principle of anesthesia is to ensure the patient′s ventilation and maintain the blood oxygen level. This kind of tracheal management has specialty. This case report is about the anesthesia management of a 66-year-old female patient who experienced the tracheal tumor resection and right pulmonary lobectomy under general anesthesia. We hope it will provide successful reference for the anesthesia management of such cases.
