摘要CPB心脏外科手术可导致血液的大量丢失.止血药物既可预防失血又可治疗出血,是常用的血液保护药物.文章通过综述近年文献,介绍常用的几种止血药物在CPB心脏外科手术中的应用,并分析其优缺点,为围手术期血液保护提供参考.虽然近年来血液保护药物的应用不断更新,但其用药剂量、给药时机及途径还需进一步的文献支持.

abstractsCardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass can lead to a large loss of blood. Hemostatic drugs can not only prevent blood loss but also treat bleeding, They are commonly used blood conservation drugs. This article overviews the published literatures, introduces the application of several hemostatic drugs in cardiac surgery and analyzes their advantages and defects and provides reference for perioperative blood conservation. Although the application of blood conservation drugs have been updated in recent years, their dosage, timing and route of administration need further literature support.
