换一批非侵入性脑刺激技术在围手术期应用研究进展
Research progress on non-invasive brain stimulation technique in perioperative medicine
摘要近年来，非侵入性脑刺激（non-invasive brain stimulation, NIBS）技术已广泛应用于焦虑、疼痛及帕金森病等神经精神疾病的治疗，促使我们思考围手术期医学是否也有该技术的用武之地。文章从NIBS技术的基本原理入手，联系围手术期镇静、镇痛及器官功能调控方面的发展前沿，阐述和预测NIBS技术的临床应用潜力，以期为围手术期舒适化医疗提供新思路。

abstractsIn recent years, non-invasive brain stimulation (NIBS) has been widely used in the treatment of anxiety, pain, Parkinson's disease and other neuropsychiatric disorders. It is necessary to assess its application in perioperative medicine. This review summarizes the basic principles of NIBS, and discusses the development of perioperative sedation, analgesia and organ function regulation, and predict its clinical application potential, so as to provide new thoughts for perioperative comfort medicine.
