摘要布比卡因脂质体是采用脂质体技术制备而成的缓释布比卡因，局部镇痛作用时间可长达72 h。文章综述布比卡因脂质体相关研究，重点介绍其在术后镇痛方面的临床研究进展。从布比卡因脂质体的药理学特性、临床应用及安全性等方面描述布比卡因脂质体在术后镇痛中的应用。布比卡因脂质体作为超长效局麻药，在术后镇痛中具有一定的应用价值。

abstractsLiposomal bupivacaine is a sustained-released bupivacaine prepared by liposome technology. The analgesic time of liposomal bupivacaine can be up to 72 h. The article reviews the related studies concerning liposomal bupivacaine, with a focus on the research progress of postoperative analgesia. The application of bupivacaine liposomes in postoperative analgesia is summarized from the respects of pharmacological properties, clinical applications and safety. As an ultra-long-acting local anesthetics, bupivacaine liposome has certain application value in postoperative analgesia.
