摘要香兰素是从植物中提取的具有挥发特性和芳香气味的天然有机化合物，具有明确的镇痛作用，其抗炎、抗氧化、抗负性情绪药理作用相互协同，为临床疼痛管理提供新选择。文章综述香兰素的理化性质及代谢方式、镇痛作用相关的基础研究及作用机制，以期为临床新型镇痛辅助药物的开发提供理论参考。

abstractsVanillin is a natural organic compound with volatile properties and aromatic odor, extracted from plants and has a clear analgesic effect. The synergistic pharmacological effects of its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-negative emotions on the body provide a new option for clinical pain-management. This article reviews the physicochemical properties and metabolic modes of vanillin, as well as the basic research and mechanism of action related to its analgesic effect, in order to provide theoretical reference for the development of new analgesic adjunctive drugs in clinical practice.
