摘要孕妇全身麻醉暴露对子代神经发育的影响是医学界非常关注的问题。对这一领域的探索大多来自啮齿类动物模型的临床前研究，而这些动物实验与临床研究的结果存在差异，目前这一问题尚无定论。文章通过分析国内外相关文献，总结孕妇接受全身麻醉的时间点、次数以及所用麻醉药物种类的差异对子代远期神经发育结局可能产生的不同影响，系统、全面、多角度地回顾孕妇接受全身麻醉对其子代神经发育的影响。

abstractsThe impact of maternal general anesthesia exposure on offspring's neurodevelopment is a topic of great concern in the medical field. Most studies in this area are based on preclinical research using rodent models, but there are discrepancies between animal studies and clinical findings, and there is currently no conclusive answer to this issue. This article reviews relevant literature both domestically and internationally, summarizing the potential different effects on offspring's long-term neurodevelopment based on differences in the timing, frequency, and types of anesthetics used during maternal general anesthesia. The article provides a systematic, comprehensive, and multi-dimensional overview of the impact of maternal general anesthesia on offspring's neurodevelopment.
