摘要胰岛内皮细胞是胰岛细胞群的重要组成部分,具有异质性强、通透性高、呈血糖浓度依赖性地分泌血管活性物质等特征.胰岛内皮细胞与胰岛功能关系密切,除了向胰岛内分泌细胞供应氧气及营养物质外,还与内分泌细胞相互作用,参与胰岛血管发生、胰腺内分泌部发育、胰岛素基因表达诱导、胰岛炎性反应损伤及移植胰岛再血管化等病理生理过程,是研究胰岛功能的重要靶点.

abstractsIslets endothelial cell is one of the roost important ingredients of islets cell mass,with the unique features of highly heterogeneity and permeability, and glucose-dependent secretion of vasoactive substances. Islets endothelial cells not only participate in the supply of nutrients and oxygen to the islets endocrine cells, but also have tight relationship with the pathophysiological processes of islets angiogenesis, the development of endocrine pancreas, the induction of insulin gene expression, islets inflammation injury and islets grafts revascularization. The role of islets endothelial cells in islets function deserves more future study.
