摘要目的 探讨糖尿病前期人群铁代谢与糖脂代谢的相关性及其可能机制.方法 在健康体检人群中选取空腹血糖升高但未达到糖尿病诊断标准者共112人,测定血清铁蛋白(SF)等指标.结果 在SF升高组和正常组中血糖、血脂、脂肪肝发病率等均存在差异,SF水平与上述指标均具有相关性,同时SF变化与血红蛋白、红细胞比容平行.结论 在糖尿病前期人群中,SF可能可作为糖脂代谢异常的早期指标,可预示代谢综合征的发生.

abstractsObjective To investigate the correlation and possible mechanism between ferritin and glucolipid metabolism in prediabetic state population. Methods We selected 112 subjects from health exam-ination center,whose fasting glucose are higher than normal (≥6. I mmol/L) ,but lower than the standard of diabetes (<7.0 retool/L). Laboratory tests include serum ferritin (SF), hemoglobin, serum insulin and so on. Results Statistical differences of blood glucose,serum lipids, the incidence of fatty liver were identified between higher SF group and normal SF group. The elevated SF level was associated with the incidence of fat-ty liver, the level of serum glucose and lipids, and was parallel with the level of Hb and Hct. Conclusions In the prediabetie population, the elevated level of serum ferritin may be the marker which changes during early stage of glucolipid metabolism disorder, and may indicate the metabolic syndrome.
