摘要胰岛素受体底物-2(IRS-2)是胰岛素/胰岛素样牛长因子信号通路的重要介导者,可促进B细胞复制、新生及牛存,与β细胞存活、胰岛素抵抗及凋亡密切相关.完整的IRS-2信号途径为胰岛B细胞牛存所必需,是调节外周胰岛素信号和β细胞数量及功能的重要通路.IRS-2信号通路受损导致获得性β细胞数量不足和β细胞功能不良是2型糖尿病发病的主要因素.不断深化对IRS-2通路的认识,可以为糖尿病的治疗提供新的治疗靶点.

abstractsInsulin receptor substrate-2(IRS-2) ,which plays an important role in insulin and insu-lin-like growth factor signaling pathways, engages in the promotion of β-cell replication, neogenesis and sur-vival ,and has close relationship with β-cell survival,insulin resistantee and apoptosis. Complete IRS-2 path-ways is critical for survival of pancreatic islet β-cell and significant for regulation of peripheral insulin signals and β-cell mass and function. Disruption of IRS-2 pathways that leads to acquired inadequate and dysfunction of β-cell contributes to the pathophysiology of human type 2 diabetes. New therapeutic targets for type 2 dia -betes will be provided through advanced recognition on IRS-2 pathways.
