摘要库欣病经蝶窦显微外科垂体腺瘤切除术后预后相关因素包括:肿瘤分级、术中发现、术后病理、术后血清皮质醇水平、血浆促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)水平等.尽管一些指标能够较好地预示手术失败或术后缓解,但目前无一指标是完美的,应长期监测患者下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴功能.本文综述了与库欣病经蝶垂体瘤术后预后相关的因素.

abstractsFactors associated with initial and long-term outcome after transsphenoidal pituitary surgery in the treatment of Cushing's disease include tumor classification,surgical findings,histological findings,postoperative cortisol values,postoperative ACTH values,etc.Although certain biochemical patterns are more suggestive of remission or surgical failure,none has been proven to be completely accurate.Patients after surgery should have long-term monitoring.This article focuses on the factors associated with initial and long-term outcome after transsphenoidal pituitary surgery in the treatment of Cushing's disease.
