abstractsAcute painful diabetic neuropathy is an acute onset and reversible neuropathy due to the rapid decrease of blood glucose in patients with poor glycemic control.At present, the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease is not clear, but inay be related to abnormal metabolism, nerve injury and endoneurial ischemia indueed by relative hypoglycemia because of the rapid decline of blood glucose especially in the short term.So the best treatment of the disease is the prevention.
