摘要信号转导和转录激活因子(STAT)3是一种癌基因调节蛋白,通过细胞因子受体/Janus激酶(JAK)/STAT信号发挥多重生理学效应.STAT3表达于正常甲状腺及甲状腺肿瘤组织中,研究显示,甲状腺癌中STAT3的表达高于良性肿瘤与正常组织,并且与肿瘤侵袭及淋巴结转移密切相关.可见,STAT3在甲状腺肿瘤的发病机制中具有重要作用.另外发现,STAT3蛋白抑制剂能够抑制甲状腺肿瘤细胞的生长,促进细胞凋亡,并且明显抑制肿瘤细胞的侵袭和迁移,提示STAT3可作为甲状腺癌潜在的治疗靶点.

abstractsSignal transducers and activators of transcription(STAT) 3 is a kind of oncogene regulatory proteins and plays multiple effects via cell factor receptor/Janus kinase(JAK)/STAT signal.STAT3 is expressed in normal and tumor tissue of thyroid.Studies showed that STAT3 was highly expressed in thyroid carcinoma than benign tumor and normal tissue.STAT3 is closely associated with tumor infiltration, metastasis and lymph node metastases in thyroid carcinoma.STAT3 plays important roles in the pathogenesis of thyroid carcinoma.Also studies found that STAT3 protein inhibitors could inhibit the growth of tumor cells, promoted cell apoptosis, and reduced tumor cell invasion and migration.Therefore, STAT3 may become a potential therapeutic target of thyroid carcinoma.
