线粒体相关内质网膜在2型糖尿病中的作用

摘要线粒体相关内质网膜调控内质网与线粒体之间钙和脂质转运,且通过调控钙转运而影响内质网应激、线粒体功能,从而调控细胞自噬、细胞凋亡等。胰岛细胞内钙离子稳态对胰岛细胞功能的维持十分重要,所以糖尿病的发生、发展与线粒体相关内质网膜密切相关,其不仅在胰岛细胞活性及功能方面起重要作用,而且与肝脏、骨骼肌、脂肪组织的胰岛素抵抗密切相关,所以改善线粒体相关内质网膜的结构和功能可能是恢复和维持体内葡萄糖稳态的有效策略。

abstractsThe mitochondria-associated endoplasmic reticulum membranes(MAMs) regulates the calcium and lipid transport between the endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria, and it can regulate autophagy and apoptosis for the reason that it can affect endoplasmic reticulum stress and mitochondrial function by regulating the calcium transport. The calcium homeostasis in islet cell is very important for its function, so diabetes is closely related with MAMs. MAMs plays an important role in the activity of islet cell, and it′s also largely associated with insulin resistance in the liver, skeletal muscle and adipose tissue, so improving the function of MAMs may be an effective strategy to restore and maintain glucose homeostasis in vivo.
