摘要穹窿梗死以记忆障碍为主要临床特征,在临床上较为少见.因单纯穹窿梗死常不伴有明显神经系统阳性体征,患者主诉症状较少,相关表现多由家属提供,易出现误诊和漏诊.文章通过总结分析现有病例报道,从穹窿解剖学、血液供应、梗死病因、临床表现及可能的机制、影像学特征等方面对穹窿梗死进行了综述.

abstractsFornix infarction is a kind of cerebral infarction in special sites with memory disorder as its main manifestation, which is rare in clinical practice. Because the isolated fornix infarction is not often accompanied by obvious positive signs of nervous system, the patients complained fewer symptoms. The related manifestations were mostly provided by family members, which is prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. This article reviews fornix infarction from the aspect of anatomy, blood supply, infarction etiology, clinical manifestations, possible mechanisms, and imaging features by summarizing the available case reports.
