摘要人类基因组序列的研究成功,为基因组功能分析奠定基础.而DNA芯片技术允许同时检测上千个基因,成为基因组功能分析的方法之一.从正常的黑素细胞、非典型痣、原位黑素瘤到侵袭性黑素瘤的发展过程,使恶性黑素瘤成为使用DNA芯片技术研究肿瘤发病机制的模型.使用DNA芯片技术根据恶性黑素瘤基因表达谱的不同,对恶性黑素瘤进行新的分型,发现恶性黑素瘤形成过程中的基因表达异常、染色体变异及与恶性黑素瘤转移相关的基因等.
