摘要在外科手术和放射治疗中,对于脑血管的量化和可视化的要求越来越高,因此对于脑血管的自动(或半自动)的准确提取就显得尤为重要.对于近年来应用于脑血管分割的统计学分割法、形变模型法、多尺度法、基于先验知识法等分割方法进行了综述,将现有的脑血管分割技术分成如下3类:基于像素灰度的分割技术,基于血管管状结构的分割技术和基于先验知识的分割技术.

abstractsDuring surgery and radiation therapy,demands for higher quality of quantification and visualization of cerebral vessels need to be met.Hence,automatic (or semi-automatic) extractions of accurate cerebral vessel information seem particularly important.This paper reviews the cerebral vessel segmentation methods used in recent years,including statistics-based segmentation,deformable model,multi-scale method,prior knowledgebased method,and so on.The methods are divided into the following three categories:voxel intensity based approach,vascular tubular structure based approach,and prior knowledge-based approach.
