摘要目的 对自行设计的亥姆霍兹线圈空间内产生的均匀电磁场区域进行数学运算模拟,并进行可视化描述.方法 在柱坐标下,建立空间内任一点的磁场数学模型,利用MATLAB数值方法对自行设计的脉冲电磁场发生装置和可以产生均匀磁场的亥姆霍兹线圈所产生的磁场分布进行可视化模拟.结果 空间磁场分布的验证结果表明:线圈空间内轴向磁场Bz主要分布在0.015 m≤z≤0.045 m、0.03 m≤y≤0.03 m的圆柱内,磁场强度为0.06 T.结论 磁场的均匀区域符合设计的要求,可以为细胞培养提供所需要的一定强度并在一定空间范围内均匀的电磁场.空间磁场的可视化描述可以为随后的实验研究具有指导作用,特别对培养板(或培养皿)在磁场中的放置位置可提供直观的指导,以排除因磁场误差引入的实验结果的差异.

abstractsObjective Mathematical method is applied to simulate and to give visualized description of the spatial uniform magnetic fields generated by the Helmholtz coils designed according to our experiment requirement. Methods Mathematical model of any point in the space within the magnetic field was established in cylindrical coordinates using MATLAB, and numerical method was applied to complete the visual simulation of uniform magnetic fields within Helmholtz coils generated by the pulsed electromagnetic fields device developed in our lab. Results Verification results show that the axial magnetic field Bz within the coils distributed in the cylinder of 0.015 m ≤ z≤ 0.045 m axis length, 0.03 m ≤ y ≤ 0.03 m of radium, and the strength of the magnetic fields was 0.006T. Conclusion The spatial magnetic fields region designed can meet the requirements of cell culture by providing required strength and spatial uniform area of the magnetic fields. The visualization of magnetic fields distribution can provide guidance for the up-coming cell culture experiment on the placing of wellplate and to effectively avoid experiment result differences caused by the non-uniformlty of the magnetic fields.
