abstractsUnder the condition of microgravity, human body will experience a series of cardiovascular deconditioning. The vascular endothelial cells are the most important component of the vessel wall, so the changes of biological characteristics of vascular endothelial cells are directly related to cardiovascular deconditioning. Therefore, it is important to prevent and treat the cardiovascular deconditioning in astronauts by studying the effect of microgravity on biological characteristics of vascular endothelial cells.
