换一批摘要近十年来,急性髓细胞白血病(AML)诱导治疗的进展主要体现在3个方面,①治疗强度提高;②新的治疗药物的引入;③早期治疗相关死亡率的降低.展望AML诱导治疗未来可能的发展方向也主要体现在3个方面,①靶向治疗药物的应用;②诱导治疗的个体化分层;③诱导治疗期间的支持治疗和抗感染治疗方案的优化及细化.笔者拟就AML诱导治疗的进展及展望进行阐述如下.
