摘要多发性骨髓瘤(MM)为1种浆细胞恶性增殖性疾病,其主要的临床特征为患者的免疫功能下降,而调节性T淋巴细胞(Treg)在维持机体免疫平衡与抑制自身免疫性疾病发展方面,具有重要的作用.近年来,多项关于Treg的研究发现,其在MM的预后、治疗及抗移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)机制上具有重要的作用,笔者拟就Treg在MM治疗及预后中的作用及其研究前景进行综述.

abstractsMultiple myeloma (MM) is a kind of malignant plasma cells proliferative disorder disease,which is characterized by the failure of local immune function.However,T regulatory lymphocyte (Treg) plays an important role in maintaining immune homeostasis and inhibiting the progress of the autoimmune diseases.In recent years,a number of researches with respect to Treg were performed in aspects of the prognosis and treatment of MM and control of graft versus host disease (GVHD).This review will summarize the research progress of Treg in the patients with MM,including its roles in the treatment,prognosis and research prospect of the MM.
