摘要1-去氨基-8-D-精氨酸血管加压素(DDAVP)是血管加压素的合成类似物，可以增加血浆中血管性血友病因子(VWF)和凝血因子FⅧ的水平。与凝血因子相比，DDAVP具有价格便宜，可避免凝血因子抑制物的产生和血源性病原体的传播等优势。此外，皮下注射与鼻腔给药方式使得这类疾病患者可以居家使用DDAVP。对于轻、中间型血友病A，获得性血友病(AH)A，部分血管性血友病(VWD)，以及遗传性血小板疾病等出血性疾病患者，DDAVP是一种有效止血剂。笔者拟就DDAVP治疗出血性疾病及其相关不良反应等方面的最新研究进展进行阐述，旨在提高临床医师对DDAVP的认识，以及为DDAVP在出血性疾病中的临床应用提供参考。

abstracts1-deamino-8-D-arginine vasopressin (DDAVP)is a synthetic analog of vasopressin and can enhance plasma levels of von Willebrand factor (VWF) and blood coagulation factor FⅧ.Treatment of patients with bleeding disorders by DDAVP offers several advantages. Compared with blood coagulation factor concentrates, DDAVP is much cheaper and avoiding inhibitor development and blood-borne pathogen transmission. Furthermore, subcutaneous and intranasal administration of DDAVP are easier for patients to use at home. It is an effective hemostatic agent for patients with bleeding disorders, including light and medium hemophilia A, acquired hemophilia (AH) A, some types of von Willebrand disease (VWD) and hereditary platelet diseases. This article introduces treatment advances in administration of DDAVP in patients with bleeding disorders, as well as its adverse reactions related to treatment, aiming to improve clinicians′ awareness of DDAVP and to provide references for clinical application of DDAVP in bleeding disorders.
