摘要胰腺癌是一种恶性程度极高的消化道恶性肿瘤.因其缺乏有效的早期诊断方法,多数患者确诊时已无法进行根治性手术.激肽释放酶家族是一组丝氨酸蛋白酶,因其具有分解细胞外基质蛋白的能力,可能与多种癌症的侵袭和转移密切相关,并有可能成为多种癌症诊断的生物标志物.本文回顾了近年来激肽释放酶基因家族研究中与胰腺癌有关的文章,对激肽释放酶家族成员在胰腺癌中的表达及意义进行综述.

abstractsPancreatic cancer is a one of the most malignant digestive cancer.Because the lack of effective methods for early diagnosis,most patients have been ineligible for surgical resection when diagnosed.Kallikrein family is a group of serine proteases,because of its ability to decompose the extracellular matrix proteins,it may be closely related to the invasion and metastasis of various cancers.And some members of kallikrein family may become cancer diagnostic biomarkers.This paper reviews all the recent articles about kallikrein family study in pancreatic cancer.
