abstractsWith the rapid development of proteomics, more and more protein-protein interaction and network data have been reported. Identifying and predicting protein-protein interaction by bioinformatics become one of necessary tools for protein research. We will review and discuss protein-protein interaction databases related to bioinformatics, including its resources, major functions, application, current development and future trend.
