摘要微阵列技术被越来越广泛地应用于生物学的各个领域,但一般实验样本量较小,造成分析结果可靠性不高.在模式生物和人方面,因为技术平台相同、研究目的相同或者相似,而使很多单独研究可以整合起来进行统一分析.元分析可以有效地将相似实验的结果进行合并,增加统计功效.本文介绍了在微阵列分析中常用的元分析方法,并对各种方法的优缺点简要概述.

abstractsMicroarray technology has been widely applied in biology field, but most of the microarraytesting have small sample sizes and thus lower reliability of results. In model organisms and human, some experiments have the uniform platform, and the same or similar research aim, so each of these individual studies could be integrated together. Meta-analysis can be done by combining the results of similar experiments effectively, which would increase the statistical power. This article introduces the commonly used meta-analysis methods in microarray data analysis, and summaries the advantages and defects of each of the methods.
