摘要基因间长链非编码RNA(large intergenic non-coding RNA,lincRNA)是由蛋白编码基因间的非编码序列转录且转录本长度超过200个核苷酸的功能性RNA分子.至今在哺乳动物基因组中已发现3500多种lincRNAs,它们通过调控基因的表达参与机体的生理过程,而且在实体瘤和白血病中发现很多lincRNAs存在异常表达.该文就lincRNA的功能研究进展及lincRNA在肿瘤发生发展中的作用作一综述.

abstractsLarge intergenic non-coding RNAs(lincRNAs) are functional RNA molecules whose transcripts are more than 200 nt.And these transcripts of lincRNAs are non-coding sequences just located between the protein-coding genes.More than 3500 lincRNAs have been reported in mammalian genome so far,which involved in body ' s physiological processes through the regulation of gene expression.What ' s more,it is also found that the aberrant expression of lincRNAs existed in both solid tumor and leukemia.Therefore we summarized the latest research progress about the function of lincRNAs and how lincRNAs work in the tumor development.
