摘要同源重组修复途径极为精确,对于维持基因组的稳定性和完整性至关重要.因此,同源重组修复途径的功能障碍通常会导致严重的基因组不稳定,从而促进肿瘤的发生和演进;但这也可能破坏细胞固有的代谢过程,而成为治疗肿瘤耐药的关键靶点.本文将对同源重组修复的过程、类型及同源重组功能障碍与基因组不稳定性之间的关系加以综述.

abstractsHomologous recombination repair (HRR) is an error-free pathway that plays a critical role in maintaining genomic stability and integrity.Therefore,the dysfunction of HRR often leads to severe genomic instability which may facilitate the generation and development of cancer.However,the instability caused by abnormal HRR can also destroy the cell inherent metabolism and becomes strategic target for confronting drug resistance in cancer.Here,we will review the process and classification of HRR and the relationship between dysfunctional HRR and genomic instability.
