Research progress of mRNA 3′-end processing and its regulation factor NUDT21
摘要NUDT 21(nudix hydrolase 21,Nudix水解酶21),又称CFIm 25或CFSF 5,参与真核生物pre-mRNA 3′-端修过程中poly(A)合成位点的调节.另外NUDT 21也是核旁斑点(pa-raspeckle)结构的组成成分,与多种细胞生命活动过程如应激反应、细胞分化和病毒感染中的基因表达调节有关.本文就真核生物pre-mRNA 3′-端修饰及调控因子NUDT 21的研究进展进行综述.

abstractsNudix hydrolase 21 ( NUDT 21 ) , also known as CFIm 25 or CFSF 5 , is involved in the regulation of poly ( A ) synthesis sites during pre-mRNA 3′-end processing .NUDT 21 is also a com-ponent of the paraspeckle structure , which is associated with a variety of cell life activities .In this paper , the research progress of eukaryotic pre-mRNA 3′-end processing and its regulation factor NUDT 21 are re-viewed .
