摘要本文描述了胚胎干细胞(embryonic stem cells,ESCs)、诱导多能干细胞(induced pluripotent stem cells,iPSCs)以外的一种新发现的多能细胞—F-class细胞(F-class cells),其依赖于重编程因子的高表达水平,经历特殊的表观遗传修饰,增殖快并具有稳定的多能状态.F-class细胞的发现挑战了重编程单个终点的概念,开启了一个全新的研究领域.本文将从该细胞的产生过程、形成机制、特征及应用价值等方面对其进行综述.

abstractsThis paper described a series of related articles describing alternative pluripotent cells—F-class cells other than embryonic stem cells ( ESCs ) and induced pluripotent stem cells ( iP-SCs ) . These pluripotent cells depend on maintaining elevated reprogramming factor expression levels , un-dergo special epigenetic modifications , proliferate rapidly and have a stable pluripotent state . The discovery of F-class cells challenges the notion of a singular end-point of reprogramming , opening a new field of re-search . This paper reviews the new cell type , and analyzes it from its production process , the mecha-nism , characteristics and application value .
