摘要血管平滑肌细胞(vascular smooth muscle cell，VSMC)的增殖、迁移和表型转换是多种心血管疾病，尤其是主动脉疾病发生发展的核心环节。血小板衍生生长因子(platelet derived growth factor，PDGF)是一类从损伤血管释放的强效有丝分裂原，其中PDGF-BB是诱导血管平滑肌细胞表型转换的开关之一，但其中具体的分子机制尚不清晰，本文就PDGF-BB诱导主动脉平滑肌细胞表型转换的可能机制进行归纳总结。

abstractsProliferation, migration and phenotypic switching of vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC)are the critical links in the development of a variety of cardiovascular diseases, especially aortic diseases.Platelet derived growth factor (PDGF)is a powerful mitogen released from damaged blood vessels.Among them, platelet derived growth factor BB is one of the switches that induce the phenotypic switch of vascular smooth muscle cell, but its specific molecular mechanism is not completely clear.In present paper, we review the possible mechanism of PDGF-BB induced aortic smooth muscle cell phenotype transition.
