摘要近年来，随着人们生活水平的快速提升，代谢综合征的发病率逐年升高，已经成为影响人类健康的重要疾病。代谢综合征不仅会加快心血管疾病和2型糖尿病的病程进展，还与多种代谢性疾病密切相关，对人类健康产生了极大的威胁。大量研究表明转录因子Kruppel样因子14(Kruppel-like factor 14，KLF14)与代谢综合征中多种代谢性疾病相关，但关于KLF14是如何参与这些代谢过程仍存在一些争议。本文系统性的归纳了KLF14与代谢综合征之间的关联性，阐述了KLF14参与代谢综合征中多种代谢性疾病的作用机制，为通过KLF14治疗代谢综合征提供理论参考。

abstractsIn recent years, with the rapid improvement of people′s living standards, the incidence of metabolic syndrome is increasing year by year, and it has become an important disease affecting human health. Metabolic syndrome not only accelerates the progression of cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes, but also is closely related to a variety of metabolic diseases, which poses a great threat to human health. A large number of studies have shown that Kruppel-like factor 14 (KLF14) is associated with a variety of metabolic diseases in metabolic syndrome, but there is still some controversy about how KLF14 is involved in these metabolic processes. This paper systematically summarized the association between KLF14 and metabolic syndrome, and elaborated the mechanism of KLF14 involved in various metabolic diseases in metabolic syndrome, so as to provide theoretical reference for the treatment of metabolic syndrome by KLF14.
