钠牛磺胆酸共转运多肽在肝胆疾病中作用机制的研究进展
Research advances in the mechanism of the sodium taurocholate cotransporting polypeptide in hepatobiliary diseases
摘要钠牛磺胆酸共转运多肽(sodium taurocholate cotransporting polypeptide,NTCP)由 SLC10A1基因编码,负责胆汁酸从血液回到肝脏的转运,是肝细胞基底膜上关键的胆汁酸摄取转运体。近年研究发现,NTCP功能异常及基因变异不仅与乙型、丁型病毒性肝炎的易感性和疾病进展密切相关,对丙型病毒肝炎的感染具有调节作用,还在非酒精性肝病及其它肝胆疾病中起着重要作用。本文就NTCP结构、功能、基因特点及NTCP在病毒性肝炎及肝胆疾病中的作用机制、研究现状进行综述。

abstractsSodium taurocholate cotransporting polypeptide (NTCP) is encoded by the SLC10A1 gene and is responsible for the transport of bile acids from the blood back to the liver. It is a key bile acid uptake transporter on the basal membrane of hepatocytes. Recent studies have revealed that NTCP dysfunction and genetic mutations are not only closely associated with susceptibility and disease progression in hepatitis B and D, but also regulate hepatitis C virus infection and it also plays an important role in non-alcoholic liver diseases, as well as in other hepatobiliary disorders. This paper reviews the structure, function, and genetic characteristics of NTCP, as well as its mechanisms of action and current research status in viral hepatitis and hepatobiliary diseases.
