换一批摘要脑膜炎球菌是引起流行性脑脊髓膜炎的主要病原菌，是全球重要的公共卫生问题。目前仍缺少安全有效的疫苗用于控制和预防B群脑膜炎球菌引起的感染。此文对B群脑膜炎球菌疫苗研究进展及存在问题进行综述。
