abstractsQuantitative PCR (qPCR) is widely used in various fields such as mRNA expression, pathogen detection, and viral titration, and is characterized by rapidity, high sensitivity, low contamination rate and reproducibility. This paper mainly reviews the research progress of qPCR in titer detection of various viruses, introduces the appplication of qPCR in detection of some RNA viruses and DNA virus, and compares it with other detection methods, to show the application prospect of qPCR for virus titer detection.
