换一批摘要完美的上眼睑整形手术应基于对其解剖结构及相应功能的完整认识.通过近年的许多研究对上眼睑的精细结构有了更深入的认识.本文概括上眼睑细微结构(包括提上睑肌及其腱膜、Müller肌、结膜的黏膜原层、眶膈、提上睑肌的神经肌肉连接、脂肪组织、韧带系统等)一些新的研究结果,分析它们对上眼睑手术的指导意义.

abstractsA successful eyelid surgery depends on a thorough understanding of its anatomic structure and function.Recently,more and more researches focused on the advances in subtle structures of upper eyelid anatomy.In this review,we introduce new findings of these subtle structures,including levator palpebrae superioris (LPS),levator aponeurosis,Müller's muscle,orbital septum,myoneural junction of the LPS muscle,adipose tissue in the upper eyelid,ligament system in the upper eyelid,and further discuss implications related to surgeries.
