摘要病理性眼压升高是青光眼发生和发展的主要危险因素.饮水试验作为一种压力试验能够在短时间内使得眼压升高,能用于评价患者的眼压峰值和波动,在评价降眼压药物的控制情况、青光眼视野进展、滤过手术疗效等方面具有应用价值.本综述的目的是展示饮水试验的新进展及其在青光眼方面的应用.

abstractsElevation of pathological intraocular pressure (lOP) has been considered an important risk factor for glaucoma onset and progression.The water-drinking test (WDT) is a stress test which can elevate IOP in a short time.It can be an important tool to evaluate IOP peaks and instability,which has certain practical value in evaluate hypotensive medications' control effect,progression of visual field defect and filtration surgery of glaucoma.The main objective of this review was to present new findings and to discuss the applicability of the WDT in glaucoma.
