摘要眼后节疾病常常导致视力严重下降,而眼部特殊的结构使药物难以到达眼后节.在眼后节疾病的治疗中,目前临床使用的眼部给药方式存在治疗效果不佳或并发症多等缺点.为实现更加安全有效的眼后节给药,纳米载体、原位凝胶、眼部植入剂、微针等新型给药方式被广泛研究,且有的给药方式如玻璃体腔植入剂已进入临床使用,为眼后节疾病的治疗提供了更多选择.

abstractsOcular posterior segment diseases always lead to serious vision loss or even blindness.The treatment of these visually devastating diseases require delivering therapeutic dose of the drug to the posterior segment.However,the effective delivery remains a significant challenge due to the special structure of the eye.The drug delivery methods used in clinical have poor efficacy,complications and other disadvantages.In order to achieve safer and more effective drug delivery to the posterior segment of the eye,advanced methods such as nanocarrier,in situ gel,intraocular implants and microneedles have been extensively studied,which are promising therapies for the treatment of posterior segment eye diseases.Some administration methods,such as intravitreal implants,have been used in clinic.
