摘要合并高度近视的白内障手术是复杂性白内障手术,手术难度大、风险高,更易发生术中后囊膜破裂、术后视网膜脱离等并发症。飞秒激光辅助使手术精确性、安全性及有效性进一步提高。高度近视眼的解剖结构和眼内微环境发生病理性改变,影响人工晶状体(intraocular lens,IOL)计算公式的准确性和IOL的稳定性,实践证明第五代Barrett Universal II公式在高度近视患者中准确性更高,垂直放置的一片式平板襻IOL在囊袋中较为稳定,适合高度近视合并白内障患者。 (国际眼科纵览,2023, 47:524-530)

abstractsCataract surgery with high myopia is complex cataract surgery, which is difficult and risky, and is more prone to intraoperative and postoperative complications such as posterior capsule rupture and retinal detachment. Femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery have further improved the surgical accuracy, safety, and efficacy. Pathological changes in the anatomical structure and intraocular microenvironment of high myopic eyes affect the accuracy of the intraocular lens (IOL) calculation formula and the stability of the IOL. The fifth-generation Barrett Universal II formula has proven to be more accurate in patients with high myopia, and the vertically placed one-piece plate-haptic IOL is more stable in the capsular bag and suitable for cataract patients with high myopia.
