摘要白内障手术后人工晶状体(intraocular lens,IOL)的位置并非固定不变,大多会发生线性运动,随后相对稳定。术后IOL轴向位置的变化受到许多因素的影响,包括眼球解剖结构、手术方式、IOL的设计、晶状体囊袋等。其中,IOL襻作为IOL的支撑元件,其设计对IOL轴向位置的稳定性起着关键作用,襻的材质、襻的厚度与宽度、光学部与襻的关系、襻的数量、襻型、襻夹角以及襻径等均是影响术后IOL轴向位置的因素。 (国际眼科纵览,2024, 48:261-266)
