摘要目的 探讨血液透析联合血液灌流治疗中并联法和串联法两种不同连接方式的优缺点.方法 104例次血液透析患者采取自身对照,比较血液透析联合血液灌流治疗中并联法与串联法时间消耗、热源反应、体外循环凝血、护士职业暴露风险等情况.结果 并联法管路安装时间显著高于串联法(P＜0.05),管路开放次数、治疗中断时间及护士血液暴露率显著低于串联法(P＜0.05),生理盐水预冲时间、回血时间及体外循环凝血发生率无明显差异(P＞0.05).结论 血液透析联合血液灌流治疗中并联法可减少治疗中断时间,减少感染及护士职业暴露风险,缺点为管路安装过程较串联法时间偏长但不影响总操作时间,综合考虑建议使用并联法.

abstractsObjective To explore the advantages and disadvantages of series and paraltel connection modes of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion.Methods A total of 104 cases of hemodialysis patients were treated by self control,and the time consumption,heat source reaction,extracorporeal circulation and occupational exposure risk of nurses were compared between series method and parallel method in hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion.Results The installation time of the parallel method was significantly higher than that of the series method (P＜0.05),the number of line opening times,treatment interruption time and blood exposure rate of the nurses were significantly lower than that of the series method (P＜0.05),and there was no significant difference in the preflush time,recovery time and the incidence rate of extracorporeal circulation coagulation (P＞0.05).Conclusion For hemodialysis combined with hemodialysis,the parallel method can reduce the treatment interruption time,reduce the risk of infection and nurse's occupational exposure.The only drawback is that the pipe installation process is longer than the series method,but it does not affect the total operation time.Therefore,the parallel method is recommended for comprehensive consideration.
