abstractsantiproliferative factor(APF)can affect the bladder carcinoma cell growth and proliferation in a few factors in the latest years. It can inhibit HB-ECF and AP-1 .affect several factors in cells. It is the new way to research the precaution and treatment of bladder carcinoma. This article reviews the research advance- ment on APF. It explains a kind of pathways affecting the cell growth and proliferation. Prospect along the direc- tion is discussed too.
