换一批摘要血清中的微小RNA(miRNA)相对容易逃脱核糖核酸酶的消化.并且不易受酸碱度、温度及放置时间长短的影响,具有非常好的稳定性.肿瘤患者血清中发现了许多miRNA,一些已经被证实与肿瘤发生发展相关的miRNA在血清中高表达,并且对某些肿瘤具有高度敏感性及特异性,因此血清中的miRNA有望作为肿瘤标记物进行测定.

abstractsmicroRNA (miRNA) in serum are easy to escape from digestion of RNase relatively and when the PH, temperature and time vary, the miRNA don' t change in serum. Expression of many miRNA in serum of patients with tumor is higher than that in healthy persons. Some miRNA have sensitivity and specificity for tumors. So, miRNAs in serum can be hopefully regarded as a novel class of biomarkers for diagnosis of canc-er.
