换一批abstractsInactivation of tumor suppressor gene (TSG) and activation of oncogenes play important roles in development and progression of tumors. Further research on TSG can not only reveal the development and progression of tumors,but also help the diagnosis and gene therapy of tumors. This review will address the research advances of TSG inactivation mechanism.
